Every workout begins with a dynamic and energizing full body warm up and ends with an invigorating cooling down period.  Designed to reduce injury and diminish fatigue, these two important segments of the workout also facilitate our practice of focused intention and features a success strategy for the day. 

The entire Bernal neighborhood is our playground and we cover it to the best training advantage using an assortment of modalities possible only in an outdoor urban setting. 
 
We follow a progressive workout schedule that enables you to monitor your success from start to finish.  Each diverse workout accommodates your fitness goals and focusing on four specific fitness components:  cardio-vascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, and flexibility.
