Charlotte conducts a complete physical fitness program assessment and evaluation of all clients prior to and during training.  This process is important in order to:

  • Medical evaluation (required by your health care provider if you are a woman over the age of 45 or a man over the age of 55)

Are you standing on shaky ground where your health is concerned? You don’t have to do much to change the inevitable consequences of unhealthy habits. Joslin Diabetes Center researchers conducted a study with obese adults that indicated remarkable results. Those who lost only 7% of their weight and did moderate intensity exercise for six months improved their major blood vessel function by approximately 80%, regardless of whether or not they had type 2 diabetes. Exercise makes a difference in everyone’s life and especially assists in the management of arthritis, osteoporosis, type 2 diabetes, depression and anxiety. Exercise may diminish the risk of other diseases such as colon and breast cancer, hypertension, and hyper-cholesterolemia.
